Please, make sure to read our terms and conditions before you register.
Register for Cruinniú Workshop package, meals, on campus private room and parking by clicking the Register button. Please read all notes below prior to registering.
Note: If you are using a VPN it may be necessary to disable it during the registration process.
Workshop Package registrations
Full 3 day workshop package registration includes:
- Nine progressive classes periods with one instructor, 3 each day. Please note, that you may select only one instrument when you sign up.
- Irish Journeys
- All sessions
- Admission to the Friday evening Céilí
- Admission to the Saturday instructor concert
Full weekend class packages are $325 each prior to April 1, 2025, after $350.
Harp and Fiddle Fundamentals only:
Single day option is $175 each prior to April 1, 2025, after $200.
A one day pass includes:
- Three progressive classes periods with one instructor on a single day. You may choose Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Irish Journeys on your attendance day
- All sessions
- Admission to the Friday night Céilí
- Admission to the Saturday instructor concert
Guinan Residence Hall accommodation
To reserve a room in Guinan Residence Hall, make selection on registration form.
If sharing a room, only one of the “sharers” should purchase the room.
All rooms must be reserved before May 12, 2024.
- Double $96.00 per night
Note: There is no Occupancy or Sales tax
IMPORTANT: The person reserving the room MUST, provide the legal name (as per ID /Drivers license ) for each guest in the room. This is to ensure each guest has their own room access cards.
ROOMMATES!
If you acquire your roommate after registering for a room or your roommate changes – Please email the register with the names of both guests, indicating who is primary (the person who reserved the room). Both names are needed in order to ensure UST can issue your door access card.
Meals
Select which UST meals you wish to purchase on the registration form. Indicate special dietary needs via checkbox.
You may purchase meals for a non-student companion. Please use the registration form, fill in their name and details and which meals are desired. Do not select a class.
All meals must be purchased before May 12, 2025.
- Breakfast $13 per person
- Lunch $17 per person
Moran Center Secured Parking
Covered, secure parking in the Moran parking garage. $20 per 3 day weekend parking pass, $10 for a single day.
Parking in the garage must be reserved by May 12, 2025.
Cruiniú T-Shirt Pre-Order
You may order 2025 Cruinniú t-shirts via the registration page. They will be available for pickup during check-in.

Concert Tickets
Saturday, June 7st, 2025 at 7:30pm in Jones Hall
Tickets are $30.00 each.
One Concert ticket is included in your attendance fee, additional concert tickets can be purchased during registration or on the concert page.
Tickets to the Saturday night concert are available to the public. We encourage everyone to purchase concert tickets for family and invite all your friends. We would love to see a huge turnout for what promises to be the highlight of the year for Houston’s Irish community.

Admission for 1 is included with your workshop package. Additional tickets can be purchased at the door for $10.
Full Classes and Waitlist
If the class you intend to take is full or the concert tickets are sold out, please put your name and preferred activity on the wait list. If you are registering multiple people for full classes you must fill out the wait list form separately for each attendee wanting to attend a full class. As soon as a spot in a class opens up or concert seats become available you will be notified via the email provided on the wait list.
