Registration and Tickets

Registration is now Open!

Please, make sure to read our terms and conditions before you register.

Register for Cruinniú Workshop package, including meals, dorm room and parking by clicking the Register button. Please read all notes below prior to registering.

Separate Concert tickets can be purchased by clicking the Concert button.

Class Package registrations

Class package registration includes:

  • Nine 1 hr. 15 min. progressive instrument classes with one instructor, 3 each day.  Please note, that you may select only one instrument when you sign up for the classes.
  • Irish Journeys
  • All sessions
  • Admission to the Friday evening Céilí
  • Admission to the Saturday instructor concert

Class packages are $295 each

Concert Tickets

Saturday, June 1st, 2024 at 7:30pm in Jones Hall
Tickets are $25.00 each.

Registration for the full Cruinniú workshop package includes your Saturday concert admission. 

Tickets to the instructor concert are also available separately to the public. We encourage everyone to purchase concert tickets for family and invite all your friends. We would love to see a huge turnout for what promises to be a highlight of the year for Houston’s Irish community.

Guinan Residence Hall (dorm)

To reserve a room in Guinean Residence Hall, make selection on registration form.
If sharing a room, only one of the “sharers” should purchase the room.
All rooms must be reserved by April 1, 2024.

  • Double   $94.00 per night
  • Triple  $141.00  per night 
    Note: There is no Occupancy or Sales tax

IMPORTANT:   The person reserving the room that will be shared MUST, at the time of registration provide the legal name (as per ID /Drivers license ) for each guest who will stay in the room. This is needed for UST to create the electronic access badges.

Meals

Select which UST cafeteria meals you wish to purchase on the registration form. Indicate special dietary needs via checkbox.
You may purchase meals for a non-student companion. Please use the registration from, fill in their name and details and which meals are desired. Do not select a class.

All meals must be purchased by May 1, 2024. Each student must purchase their own meals.

  • Breakfast $12 per person
  • Lunch $15 per person

Moran Center Secured Parking

Covered, secure parking in the Moran parking garage. $10 per weekend parking pass. Parking in the garage MUST be reserved at the time of registration.

Full Classes and Waitlist

If the class you intend to take is full or the concert tickets are sold out, please put your name and preferred activity on the waitlist. If you are registering multiple people for full classes you must fill out the waitlist form separately for each attendee wanting to attend a full class. As soon as a spot in a class opens up or concert seats become available you will be notified via the email provided on the waitlist.
