Cruinniú Terms and Conditions
We are looking forward to a fun and safe Gulf Coast Cruinniú! Please review our Registration and Health and Safety Policies. We ask you to follow these policies as part of your attendance at our event. During registration, you will be asked to acknowledge you have read and agree to these policies.
If you are registering a student under the age of eighteen, you must also review the Youth Policy before registering for the Cruinniú.
Registration
Registration for 2025 will open on Feb 1, 2025. Class size is limited and registration is first-come, first-served. Order of registration is based on submission of registration (not receipt of payment).
Wait lists will be created for classes that fill during the registration period. If openings in the class occur later, the first person on the wait list will be offered the available seat.
Payment
Registrants may alter their selections after registration process and GCC will try to accommodate the changes as much as possible within the limits of class capacities, venues, and other restrictions, and accounting for any price differences between selections. Registration payment is made through PayPal. A credit or debit card can be used though PayPal without having an account.
Refunds
Refunds for any cancellations will be made if a wait list registration can fill the seat in the class. If the cancellation is accepted, GCC will return the class tuition minus the cancellation processing fee.
- The cancellation processing fee is $15 per class.
- Refunds can only be given for class tuition. No refunds are offered for the lodging, meals, parking, concert or merchandise.
- To discuss a refund situation, please contact us by email via our contact form or the registrar email address in your confirmation email.
- No refunds are permitted after Sunday, May 12th, 2025.

- February 1, 2025: Online registration begins at 9 a.m. (CDT)
- May 12, 2025: UST private room reservations cutoff
- May 12, 2025: Pre-purchase Parking pass cutoff
- May 12, 2025: Meal selection cutoff
- June 4, 2025: Online registration ends.
